The Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Leadership Development) will equip you with skills to contribute to the design, implementation and assessment of corporate Leadership Development programs. You will develop skills of critical analysis in relation to new approaches in the fields of emotional intelligence and neuroscience.

The Leadership Development specialisation will enable students to develop specialised skills in designing effective corporate Leadership Development programs. These programs will be targeted towards meeting an organisations strategic goals.
Graduates who have studied this specialisation will be able to:
- Contribute to the design and development of effective Leadership Development strategies
- Build evaluation frameworks for Leadership Development interventions
- Contribute to the design and development of effective talent management strategies
- Critique new approaches to Leadership Development based on interpretations of brain function
