Each year we invite aspiring practitioners and community workers to apply for a scholarship for our social science and counselling courses. Awarded on merit, our scholarships are designed to help a broad range of new students access our highly respected courses.

School-leaver Scholarship

We are looking for driven, academically brilliant, and community focused students. Build your career in the health industry, and make a real change to the lives of others. Enquire now.

  • 20% scholarship from tuition fees for courses.

Indigenous Scholarships

This is a scholarship for a high-achieving, ambitious student recognised as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander with a drive to build their career in the health industry.

  • 20% scholarship of one year, tuition fees for Diploma and Bachelor Degrees
  • 20% scholarship of one trimester of tuition fees for Diploma, Master, and Graduate Diploma courses

Application Criteria

Academic Drive: Must be able to show a dedication to their academic studies, and/or passion for studying in order to satisfy the judging panel that they will persevere with their course and not withdraw, change course or change education providers.

Community Minded: Must demonstrate a willingness to get involved, be proactive and demonstrate a personable attitude through a history of volunteer or community work.

Industry Passion: Must display a passion for their chosen industry

How to Apply

Applying for a scholarship is easy! Any full-time on-campus student is eligible for a scholarship and one student is chosen each year. Please read terms and conditions before submitting your application.

Application Process

We will select candidates based on merit, shortlisted applicants may be invited to attend an interview to discuss commitment to ambassadorial duties, team work and community mindedness, and demonstrate past experience and willingness to use initiative.
