The recipient of the scholarship will also become a college ambassador.

JNI Ambassadors promote the school and its courses to members of the broader community across a variety of activities, such as at the school's Open Day and workshops, presenting a student's perspective to interested members of the public at careers expos, speaking to school groups or appearing in promotional material.

Scholarships are open to Australian citizens or permanent residents of any age.

AS A SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT YOU WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Academic Drive: Must be able to show a dedication to their academic studies, and/or passion for studying in order to satisfy the judging panel that they will persevere with their course and not withdraw, change course or change education providers. We are looking for applicants who have completed a HSC or will achieve an ATAR of 60.0 or equivalent if applying for the Bachelor’s degree.
  • Community Minded: Must demonstrate a willingness to get involved, be proactive and a demonstrate a personable attitude through a history of volunteer or community work.
  • Industry Passion: Must display a passion for their chosen industry
  • Australian citizen/resident: This scholarship is open for new applicants looking to study full-time on campus in February 2018, who meet the citizenship requirements

SCHOLARSHIP PERIOD

These scholarships are available for students starting their full-time on campus studies in Trimester 1 2018.

Applying for a scholarship is easy! Any full-time on-campus student is eligible for a scholarship and one student is chosen each year. Please read terms and conditions before submitting your application.

SELECTION PROCESS

We will select candidates based on merit, shortlisted applicants may be invited to attend an interview to discuss commitment to ambassadorial duties, team work and community mindedness, and demonstrate past experience and willingness to use initiative.
